To set up your private mailbox rental for business or individual use, you can either call in or stop by to work with a qualified staff member. No, we do not require a security deposit. There is a one-time setup fee of $20.
Our private mailboxes give you a real physical street address rather than a PO Box number. Having a physical street address with no corresponding PO Box number looks more professional for businesses while eliminating exposure of your personal home address. For example, your address would be listed as: Business or Individual's Name, 123 Main Street #4567, City, State, Postal/Zip.
You'll be notified by both text and email when packages are received. For general mail, you can call in to check what's arrived anytime during business hours.
Absolutely — you'll only be required to pay the cost to mail those items. Visiting the location to set this up is optional; it can be arranged over the phone.

There's no limit to how many business names, aliases, or additional names (including people not directly related to the mailbox) you can have. A USPS Form 1583 needs to be filled out and submitted for each individual who wants their name on the mail — though this isn't required just to pick up mail.
