A valid, unexpired passport.
Current, unexpired military identification.

A Social Security Card is not normally required in most cases — if unsure, check with your employment or licensing agency. Del Mar Live Scans is not permitted to assist applicants in filling out their Request for Live Scan Service form; California DOJ rules forbid us from helping with your application.
Correcting information on a form is not considered a resubmission, and being fingerprinted for a different employer or licensing agency isn't either — both require new fees as a new submission.
