To setup your private mailbox rental for business or individual use, you can either call in or stop by to work with a qualified staff member. No, we do not require a security deposit. However, we do change a one-time setup fee of $20.

Our private mailboxes give you a real physical street address rather than a PO box number. Having a physical street address with no corresponding PO box number looks more professional for businesses while eliminating the exposure of your personal home address. You will be notified by both text and email when packages are received. For general mail, you can call in to check what has been received anytime during business operating hours.

Absolutely, you will only be required to pay for the cost to mail those items. Visiting the location to set this up is optional, as it can be implemented over the phone.

There is no limit to how many business names, aliases or names including people that are not directly related to the mailbox. However, a USPS Form 1583 will need to be filled out and submitted for each individual if they want their name on the mail. However, just to pick up mail, that is not required.
